Shipping and Delivery Policy

  • Waraq caters to delivery across India. Our shipping time may vary between 5-10 working days. The working days shall exclude Sundays and National Holidays.
  • Note- Customers are advised to check the courier docket at the time of delivery and report any damage/defect on the same.
  • Free Shipping-We provide free shipping on all orders booked from our website. Cash on delivery option is also available.
  • Tracking Packages: We work diligently to ensure that we are able to deliver products in the desired time.
    • If you have a tracking or delivery number, you can track your package by clicking our delivery partner links provided in your shipment confirmation email. If you did not receive email, please check your spam folder. Tracking may not appear online for up to 24-48 hours in some cases, so please wait until the shipper scans your package and updates it on their website.
    • You can also track your order at any time online on our website under "Track Order". You will need to provide the order number.
  • Non-Availability on Delivery: Our delivery partners will touch base with you through 6 attempts- 3 IVR Calls, WhatsApp, SMS and finally a manual call, before an item is returned to the origin location. Please make sure, you add your available phone/mobile number in shipping address while you place an order, this will speed up the delivery process
