Return Policy

We strive to deliver the very best and create a satisfying, unique experience for you. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please inform us within 48 hours of receipt, and we will offer a refund, subject to the return conditions outlined below:

Return Conditions

  • Sale items and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless the product was damaged or defective from our side.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The product must be unused, unworn, with original tags, and in its original packaging.

    • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a doorstep pickup.

  • Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

  • Our team will review the return request only in the following cases:

    • Size issue

    • Product is defective/damaged

    • Quality concern

    • Product is different from what was ordered

  • In other cases, we may offer you a credit note redeemable at our online store.

  • Items purchased as part of a set or pack cannot be returned individually.

Damages and Issues

In case your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. After verification, a refund will be issued.

Exchange Policy

The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item (once approved), and place a new order separately.

 

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled by Waraq Living Pvt. Ltd. or by the customer under certain conditions. We reserve the right to cancel an order at our discretion for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Duplicate orders for the same product/address

  • Undeliverable orders

  • Invalid or incorrect shipping address

  • Suspected malpractices during ordering

  • Bulk orders suspected for commercial resale

  • EMI rejection by the bank

  • Technical errors leading to incorrect pricing/specification

  • Breach of any terms or policies

We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order without further liability, even after an Order Confirmation is issued. In such cases, a cancellation notification will be sent via email or SMS.

We retain the right to remove any product or modify content on our website at any time. While we aim to process all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances preventing order fulfilment. We shall not be liable for any such refusal or delay.

 

Refunds

Refunds will be issued for eligible returns or cancellations in accordance with our policies.

Timeframe

Refunds are typically processed within 10 working days after product quality check, subject to bank/payment provider timelines. Interest paid under an EMI scheme (if applicable) will not be refunded. We are not responsible for delays due to bank or third-party service errors.

Mode of Refund

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • If the original method fails (e.g., terminated card/account), refund will be processed via NEFT to the bank account provided by you.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be made by cheque, NEFT, or wallet credit, at our discretion.

  • You will be required to provide your bank account number and IFSC code for NEFT refunds.

  • Refunds will not be made to third-party accounts.

  • A refund initiation confirmation will be sent via email or SMS.

Refunds on Terminated Payment Modes

If your original payment method is no longer valid (e.g., expired card or closed account), we will process the refund via cheque. We will notify you to share your updated details and mailing address for this purpose.

 

Communication Consent

By placing an order with Waraq Living Pvt. Ltd., you consent to receive communications from us via email, SMS, or other modes, including order status, refunds, and policy updates.

Waraq Living Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify or update any of the above policies at any time without prior notice.
